So Comfy >> Plaça Catalunya

Hola!

Hi! I hope you had a great weekend. I found it was extremely short, I can't believe tomorrow I have to go to work again... I'm so glad I'm not staying much longer! Well this Saturday I went out for a walk because I wanted to check out some shops, well, actually not some but THE shop, Sandro. It was through blogs like The Cherry Blossom Girl or Le Blog de Betty that I first became acquainted with this french brand, ¡such chic pieces! So I checked the catalogue and after I found a shop in Barcelona, the visit was mandatory!
I fell in love with the selection of clothes in Sandro, it was such a great experience, but this is another story. I'm going to Park Güell for a walk now and I'll be wearing my new purchase, which I will share with you in my next post!

I wore a very comfortable outfit, when I wear these pants I often have to hear that I am wearing pyjamas by a certain someone... but I love the detail of these pants in the pockets and the bow in the front. Worn with a big chunky sweater and ballerinas, it's got comfort written all over it!

The park at night >> Parc Tibidabo

So these are the photos I talked about last week but finally never got round to post. The sunset was so beautiful, and there was definitely something creepy about going on the rides at night!

Sunkissed >> Carrer del Carme

Hola!

Hi! I just wanted to post these pictures before the weekend, they are from last Saturday, I get so behind on blogging lately, bad, bad blogger! So last saturday was an incredibly warm day for November and I had to wear my sandals one last time before they are sent to their box in the depths of my closet. I´m keeping it short and sweet today, don´t want to bore you with my usual random tales, I hope you like the photos!

Little Red Riding Hood >> Tibidabo

Well I'm going to post these pictures before it's summer and everyone wonders why I'm wearing a coat when it's 35ºC. I always get so behind on my posts, these pictures are from two weeks  ago, Monday was a holiday and I went to Tibidabo Park. It was so much fun, I hadn't been to a fun park in ages, I went on the flying chairs, the roller coaster, and I almost died in the infamous Kruger Hotel, I thought it would just be a ride on a train, with the eventual skeleton popping down from the ceiling onto the crowd... I was so wrong! It was a dark house of terror, with actors dressed as The Exorcist Girl, Chucky, Freddy Krugger, all really close, chasing you, oh, I was so scared! I think I don't know anyone that gets so easily frightened as I do, it was hell there, believe me, I just went with my eyes closed, almost running through the hotel, screaming whenever some actor got near, and praying it would all soon be over!

As you can see on the photos, Tibidabo is not just a normal fun park, the view is amazing, it was really impressive to go on the flying chairs and see all Barcelona at my feet!
On to the outfit, I am wearing my little red riding hood coat. I rescued it from storage last year, my mum made it and I used to wear it when I was 6, my mum made the sleeves longer and changed the buttons, I took it to the dry cleaners and now it's as good as new! It's not a coat I wear very often, but I love taking it out once in a while, and since I was going to the fun park, it was a perfect occasion!
These leather pants I am wearing are one of the few vintage items I own, actually, I do own vintage clothing, but it belongs to my mum, what I mean is that I bought these and I don't normally buy vintage. There is a reason to this, in Barcelona vintage clothing is too expensive, I would probably buy more vintage if the clothes were not 30 euros a piece! Besides, I don't really know how to alter the clothes to make them fit better, so I can't really afford to experiment with vintage.
I have a few more photos from this day which were taken at night. I think they turned out quite well, so I'll be sharing them this week.
