Our silent date

We keep our silent date.
For a while everything seems to be fine. There's action, there's laughter, it's sharp and real. I don't think too much, I just have to keep moving and everything is fine. I feel I get closer to my dreams, they are almost within my reach. If I could just push myself a little further I would touch them with the tips of my fingers.
Suddenly, a fog creeps in and the whole picture fades a way. I'm isolated in this blur, unable to connect the dots, completely lost. One day relentlessly glides into the next, I'm gradually seized by uncontrollable agitation, fear.
And loneliness slaps me across the face.
I struggle to make it go away but the fact still remains. The solitude accompanies me every second of my day. Its presence so painful, so real I can almost see its face.
Out of nowhere, I find the strength. I take control and the world is bright again, alive and real. It was a close call but once more I managed to escape.
Let it all rest, unnoticed, until our next silent date.

*I've had this written in my computer for two days and I still not sure about what to do. I thought I should delete it and write a completely different thing. But I decided I would post it, just the way I wrote it. I know it's a sad text and I'm sure it has mistakes, I apologize for that. But it is perfectly normal to feel in low spirits once in a while, it is another aspect of life and I don't think we should hide it.

Mystery unveiled

Time to solve the mystery! These pictures were taken in the neighbourhood where I live in Barcelona.... hehehe kidding!!!
This place is the secluded village of Marmellar, in Tarragona, abandoned in the 70s by its last inhabitants. Time, inclement weather and vandalism have deteriorated the village but the structure of the houses and church still remain. There's a very dark story related to it, but I'm too freaked out by it to even type it here.
Anyways, let's forget about that,  I hope you enjoy the pictures!

¿Me he pasado? ¿O no es suficiente?
¡Ai!

I wanted to wear something completely out of my comfort zone for these pictures, you know, to keep things a bit more interesting than my usual short skirt+colourful tights+crazy head accessory routine. When I got these shorts ( they're so cool, much more comfy than mini skirts, you don't have to worry about accidentally showing too much!) from Oasap I pictured an outfit clearly in my mind: ballerina flats, turtleneck, red tights...
STOP!
You said something completely different ... Think Amaia, THINK!
So I came up with this idea, let's try a sexy look! A bold, revealing, completely new for me sexy look!
What do you think? Too much? Not enough?
I'm not too sure about it. I figured, as long as I'm in a hidden village in Tarragona, I might as well give it a try, right?

Mystery Women

¡Hola!

Oh! hi guys! How are you?
Here I am with Letizia, relaxing, taking in the morning sun...
But where? And why? And are you out of your mind, wearing heels and a mini in a place like that?

Well we sure had lots of fun this past weekend under Marie Paola's command! Would you like to walk through this door with us and find out where we are?
Come back tomorrow and you'll see! :)

A different look

¡Hola!
Hoy he decidido probar algo distinto.

Hi! I'm back with a tripod session. This is my rooftop and I just thought I should take advantage of this quiet place to take some pictures before I move out. Yes, you read right, I'm moving out of my apartment, so another New Year's Resolution bites the dust! I think I'll need you to send me your lists over because I'm almost done with mine and it's still January!
Today I decided I would try something a little different. I wanted to create a look that would emulate my one and only style icon from the 90s...
What, you can't guess who she is? Ok, maybe if I show you the whole outfit you'll realize.

¿Y bien? ¿Ya lo sabéis? ¿Aún no?
Vale, aquí va...

So?You still don't know?
Ok, here it is...

¡Oh no! :)

Yes, I'm dressed like Dr. Quinn, medicine woman!
...
Hmm I guess she's not everybody's style icon. Is is too late to pretend I didn't copy her outfit?
I guess it is...  Oh no! You're going to think I'm nuts. Come to think of it, you probably already did! :)
