D'you want to go to the seaside? >> Brighton

Hola! ¡He conocido a Victoria!

Hello! I'm back from my holidays in England (sigh). It has been a busy three weeks, with the classes first and with my little trip that took me to Canterbury, Dover and Brighton during my last week. One of the highlights of my holidays was meeting Victoria, I'm sure you know this lovely mexican lady's blog Marmalade, if you don't, visit it immediately, her photography is amazing and you have to love her style! It was a fun meeting, and I seriously recommend getting together with other bloggers, so if you're in Bilbao, let's get to know each other!!

It's a wonder to me that this dress had never appeared in my blog. My mother made it in the 70s for a wedding. It fits perfectly, as I am very similar to my mother when she was my age, we look quite alike now too! It is probably my favourite piece in my wardrobe,I have worn it for already five years and I always look forward to wearing it when the warmer months arrive. This dress gets many compliments, it's such a special piece!

Your mom's dress looks incredible against this setting. Such a unique print. I wish our oceans were this blue. Sadly it's often unsafe to go swimming with all the pollution in the Pacific.
