Well it's time to say goodbye. It's almost two years since I arrived, but life takes sudden turns and now I have to say goodbye to Barcelona. But this shouldn't be a sad moment, I should make the most of the days I have left here, meet up with friends, revisit my favourite places, check out others I have yet to see, and try to share all of it in this blog! What I call a proper goodbye.
Full of carpe diem spirit, let's go all out, live like there's no tomorrow (ok, Amaia, you're going a little crazy...) I set out to organize a long weekend, fun planned out for 5 days! Result: frustration. So I guess that what I have learnt is that there is no point in getting all stressed out, I have to relax and enjoy it all, because I get my share of stress at work already...
Finally I did get to do many things, like visiting Sagrada Familia, going to the concert of MIA (which was amazing, but too short), grocery shopping at Boquería market, not bad at all!!
Os deseo un buen fin de semana!!!
The weather this past week has been incredibly nice for December, too nice even, this is why I'm not wearing a coat. About my outfit, I'm wearing my Sandro dress again, which needs to get into heavy rotation to justify the splurge, and my "minnetonka" boots. These were my worse purchase ever, one of those we all have made and regretted later. Said item is really in, you see it everywhere and you love it, you finally crack and you buy it, a few months later you are bored of seeing it everywhere, so it ends up buried in the depths of your closet. A complete disaster! But I decided to change the course of history for my boots, I have taken them out for a spin and intend to wear them more often from now on.
Have anice weekend people!!!
